The service fee covers the coordination services described above.
Legal, title, governmental, recording, tax, corrective-document, or other third-party costs may be separate depending on the circumstances of the matter

❌ Additional deeds, corrective instruments, affidavits, or other legal documents outside the agreed scope.

3. Confirm Scope & Fee
We confirm what Court Claim Services will coordinate and the applicable service fee.
4. Sign the Service Agreement
You receive and sign the Property Ownership Coordination Agreement.
5. Make Payment
Payment is made after the service agreement is signed.
6. Coordination Begins
We begin organizing the matter and coordinating the agreed next steps with the participating owners and appropriate professionals.
